Method
 

Preparation
  1. Two days before, dry brine the turkey and make the salad dressing.
  2. One day before, bake rolls, toast nuts, and assemble casseroles to chill overnight.
Cooking
  1. On the morning of, bring the turkey to room temperature, then roast.
  2. Reheat sides while the turkey roasts.
  3. Right before serving, toss the salad and warm the gravy.
