- Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break it up. Cook until browned and a little crispy on the edges.
- Push the beef to one side and add garlic and veggies to the other side. Sauté until tender-crisp.
- Stir everything together. Add soy sauce, teriyaki, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Let it bubble for 1 to 2 minutes until saucy.
- Taste and adjust salt, then scoop over rice or toss with noodles.
Notes
For quick swaps, use frozen stir-fry veggies, or try pineapple for a fruity twist. If using only soy sauce, add honey and rice vinegar for balance. Serve with steamed rice, sesame seeds, and sliced green onions for extra flavor.
