Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven and roast salmon fillets at high heat until tender and crispy.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, prepare cucumber salad.
  3. Microwave frozen brown rice according to package instructions.
  4. Whisk Greek yogurt and lemon juice together to make a sauce.
