Method
 

Cooking
  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned.
  4. Sprinkle in paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in the drained chickpeas and a splash of water or broth.
  6. Let it simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve with rice, warm pitas, or enjoy as is.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand. This dish reheats well and is perfect for leftovers.
